Calcium Carbonate (Maltodextrin), Glucosamine Sulphate (from Crustacean) (as Potassium Chloride) USP† (Polyvinylpolypyrrolidone), Magnesium Hydroxide (Pregelatinised Starch), Chondroitin Sulphate Sodium (from Fish) USP†, Bulking Agent: Maltodextrin, Cross-Linked Cellulose Gum, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Acetylated Monoglycerides, Natural Source Colours [Titanium Dioxide, Red Iron Oxide]), Anti-Caking Agents: Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate & Silicon Dioxide, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid [Carrier: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose]), Zinc Sulphate, Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol [Carriers: Acacia, Sucrose, Corn Starch, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Antioxidant: DL-Alpha Tocopherol]), Ginger Root Extract (Magnesium Carbonate, Magnesium Oxide, Starch, Dextrin), Copper Sulphate, Manganese Sulphate, Sodium Selenate.

Directions
TWO TO THREE TABLETS PER DAY WITH YOUR MAIN MEAL. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Osteocare Glucosamine contains glucosamine sourced from natural chitin. Do not take if you are allergic to fish or shellfish. Diabetics and those taking anti-coagulants (blood thinners) should consult their doctor before using this product. This formula replaces other Osteocare and Jointace supplements. A regular intake is recommended.
