Omega-3 Fish Oil (High DHA Fish Oil [Mixed Triglycerides, Antioxidant: Mixed Tocopherols) (from Fish), Capsule Shell (Pharmaceutical Grade Gelatin, Glycerol, Natural Source Colours [Copper Chlorophyll Liquid, White Titanium Dioxide Paste & Natural Flavouring Lemon Oil]), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Soy Isoflavones (from Soya), Vegetable Fat (Palm Oil, Shea Butter, Sunflower Lecithin), Beeswax Yellow, Lecithin, Vitamin D (as Cholecalciferol [Carriers: Medium Chain Triglycerides, Antioxidant: DL-Alpha Tocopherol]). TWO OSTEOCARE TABLETS PER DAY, PLUS ONE OMEGA-3 CAPSULE PER DAY. Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. Osteocare Plus tablets and capsules should only be taken on a full stomach. Osteocare Plus can be continued for as long as required. This formula replaces other Osteocare® products.
