KST Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date at the top of this document will be updated. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Products and Services
Regional Availability: The products on the website are currently only available in Lagos and Abuja. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the availability of any product without notice.
Product Information: We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. In such cases, we will notify you before proceeding with your order.
Authenticity and Counterfeit Products: All our products have a visible NAFDAC registration number. Consumers should always check for NAFDAC registration number underneath the pack.
Age Limitations: Some products may be restricted to certain age groups (e.g., adults only or children above a specific age). Consumers should verify any age-related usage restrictions.
Dosage Instructions: All our products have clear dosage instructions. Overuse or misuse could lead to adverse effects, that we are not responsible for. Do not exceed the recommended product intake. In case of overdose, seek medical advice immediately.
Check Expiry Dates: Always check the expiration date on the packaging before using the supplement.
Do Not Use Expired Supplements: Never consume supplements past their expiration date. Even if they appear to be in good condition, their effectiveness may have diminished.
3. Order Process
Placing an Order: To purchase a product, you must follow the checkout process on our website. After completing the order, you will receive an email confirming your order.
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Payment: Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept the following payment methods: debit cards and bank transfers.
Shipping and Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on the product and location. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We do not guarantee delivery dates but will make reasonable efforts to fulfil orders promptly.
4. Storage Conditions:
Supplements should be stored in appropriate conditions to ensure their quality. Below are general storage conditions to keep in mind when using our products:
Room Temperature: All products should be stored at room temperature (generally between 15°C to 25°C). Avoid exposure to excessive heat or cold, as these conditions can degrade the quality and efficacy of the supplement.
Avoid Direct Heat: Do not store supplements near sources of direct heat, such as stoves, ovens, or hot windowsills.
Refrigeration: Some supplements, such as liquid vitamins, and Omega Capsules, may require refrigeration. Always check the label for specific storage instructions regarding refrigeration.
Avoid Bathrooms: Avoid storing supplements in bathrooms or other humid areas, as humidity can compromise the stability of the product.
Keep Separate: Store supplements in a clean, dry place and avoid cross-contaminating them with other household chemicals or products. Ensure that the supplement container is not exposed to strong-smelling substances, which could potentially affect the quality.
Out of Reach of Children: Store products in a place that is out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion. Supplements, especially those with high doses of certain nutrients, can be dangerous if consumed in excess by children.
5. Damages/Returns
We ensure your goods are dispatched in perfect condition; however, packages may occasionally become creased or slightly damaged during transit. If you receive items with significant damage—such as broken blisters exposing tablets, leaking bottles, or similar issues—we will either refund or replace the product once the returned stock is received. Minor damages, such as slight tears or creases, do not qualify for refund or replacement. In such cases, please email our service team through enquiries@vitabioticsnigeria.com with a photo of the damage before initiating a return.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or the product no longer being suitable for your needs. However, in accordance with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) of Nigeria, we provide remedies, which may include a refund, replacement, or exchange—for items that are faulty, not as described, or in breach of consumer guarantees.
After reviewing your case with our service team, you may be granted permission to return the stock. If, upon inspection, the returned goods are found to be undamaged or inconsistent with the reported issue, the return may be declined, and you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If you are authorised to return an item, please ensure it is packaged securely. If the item is returned in unsuitable packaging resulting in damage during transit, the return may be deemed invalid.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of KST Pharmaceuticals and its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Usage: You may not use, copy, distribute, or modify any of the content on this website without prior written consent from KST Pharmaceuticals.

KST Pharmaceuticals is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
